The W-FI can act as both Transmitter or Receiver so all units are identical. During set-up you have to assign one as the Transmitter and a second or more units as the Receiver. The W-FI has a communication range of up to 300M depending on the local environment. Operating instructions: ASSIGN A UNIT TO BE THE TRANSMITTER. With the power disconnected set dip switch 6 on the bottom row of dip switches to the “ON” position. Now using dip switches 1-5 on the same set of dip switches you can select the frequency you require (see frequency chart). Finally you need to set a pairing code on the top set of dip switches. You can select any code you wish as long as you set the Receiving unit to the same code. You can now plug the DMX into the Transmitter and power up your W-FI. You should now have the Red DMX LED flashing to show you have a DMX signal from your desk, you should also have the Green transmit LED illuminated. YOU NOW NEED TO ASSIGN THE RECEIVER. With the power disconnected set dip switch 6 to “OFF” now using dip switches 1-5 set the Receiver to the same frequency as the Transmitter, now set the pairing code the same as the Transmitter. Connect the DMX output to your fixtures, you can now power up the Receiver. You should now have the Red DMX LED flashing to show that it is receiving DMX, you should also have the Red receive LED illuminated. Your system is now ready for use. 3 The Wireless DMX controller can work on 32 selectable frequencies. 0 = Off 1 = On 4 The Wireless DMX controller frequency table continued. 0 = Off 1 = On Working environments and cautions: 1, The transmitter and receiver controller must be on the same frequency and address. 2, The transmitter and receiver antenna must be vertical to the controller to ensure better signal transfer. 5 Features: Transmit/receive up to 512 DMX channels wirelessly Use with any universal DMX-512 controller Frequency: 2.4G Working frequency: 2400M ~ 2431M (2.4G ISM) Transmission power: 20DBM Durable, extruded aluminium casing Functions as transmitter or receiver 300m Transmission range (Max) Requires two units for operation Specifications: Power supply: DC 9V~500mA by adaptor (included) Dimensions: 196 x 93 x 53mm (excluding antenna) Weight: 0.50Kgs 6
