*₁ Cameras do not need to be connected to the TVs for display nor to the video conference unit. They will be plugged in directly to the Multi‐Graphic Processor. Standard Definition is acceptable. Cameras need to be controlled by either a remote control in the room or remotely via web console. Video must be streamed via internet. *₂ The Lectern will need to house the DVD player and an already supplied full desktop PC. *3 The Multi‐Graphic Processor should be able to take the two camera inputs and create one video signal connected straight into the DVD‐Recorder. The desired output is a side‐by‐side window of both cameras. *4 Dell 1610 will be used as an emergency backup display. No screen or mount will be necessary. *5 Sound Reinforcement must be: Podium PC, Laptop, Wireless Microphones, Ceiling microphones, VTC unit and one Aux mic‐level input. *6 Sent to the VTC unit, need to be the Ceiling Microphones, Wireless Microphones, Podium PC, Laptop audio and Aux mic‐level audio. The central control of the room will be handled by XPanel constantly running on the Podium PC. Equipment mentioned by Manufacturer name cannot be substituted.

The equipment racks do not have to be located in the same room. If cables are run, the control center (NOC) is located within 20-40 feet of every room, with the exception of room 4 being less than 75-feet away. All programming source code for the systems (Pro2, & DGE) to be provided after installation.
The installation is to be completed in the month of July, 2010 upon completion of room renovation by the University.

*1 2 DM8x8 Switchers are requested due to expansion requirements. Only one will be installed for current components. They should mirror each other with outputs/inputs. *2 Devices used for presentation include: BluRay Player, Doc-Cam, (preferably hidden in a drawer of the podium), 2-PCs and laptop connection. *3 Extra Pro2 and and C2ENET cards are needed for existing equipment and will not need to be installed. *4 Projectors will be used as spares in case of emergencies. *5 Does not need to be installed, this is used in specialized recording situations. *6 Sound Reinforcement includes: Wireless Microphone, 2-PCs, Laptop, BluRay Player and an Aux line-level input. Programming will require different signals used at once with annotation. The two projectors need to be independent at the user’s discretion of inputs. All programming source code will be supplied to client upon completion of project. Equipment rack should be located in same area as user-devices
