The central control of the room will be handled by XPanel constantly running on the Podium PC. Equipment mentioned by Manufacturer name cannot  be substituted. Only one will be installed for current components. They should mirror each other with outputs/inputs. *2 Devices used for presentation include: BluRay Player, Doc-Cam, (preferably hidden in a drawer of the podium), 2-PCs and laptop connection. *3 Extra Pro2 and and C2ENET cards are needed for existing equipment and will not need to be installed. *4 Projectors will be used as spares in case of emergencies. *5 Does not need to be installed, this is used in specialized recording situations. *6 Sound Reinforcement includes: Wireless Microphone, 2-PCs, Laptop, BluRay Player and an Aux line-level input. Programming will require different signals used at once with annotation. The two projectors need to be independent at the user’s discretion of inputs. All programming source code will be supplied to client upon completion of project.
