Identify and Separate all the Parts and Hardware. Illustration # 1 P-1 2.) Attach the Pole (P-1) to the Bottom Bracket (P-2) using four Screws (A5) as shown in illustration #1. Tighten Screws (A-1) using Allen Wrench (H-2). A5 P-2 3.) Place the threaded studs on the bottom of the Front CPU Holder(P-7) through the slots in the bottom of the Back CPU Holder (P-6) and secure with two CPU Knobs (P-18). Attach the CPU Holder assembly to the Pole (P-1) using the CPU Clamp (P-12) and securing with two CPU Knobs (P-18) as shown in illustration #2. P-1 P-18 P-7 P-12 P-6 Illustration # 2 P-18 4 4.) Turn the Keyboard Platform (P-8) over and attach the Mouse Holder (P-5) using four Screws (A9) into the predrilled holes. Attach the two Keyboard Back Brackets (P-4) to the back edge of the Keyboard Platform using one Screw (A4) in each bracket as shown in illustration #3. A4 A9 P-8 P-5 P-4 Illustration # 3 5.) Slide the Keyboard Arm (P-14) down Pole (P-1) and tighten the clamp lever. Attach the Keyboard Platform assembly from Step 4 to the Keyboard Arm using four Screws (A4) as shown in illustration #4. P-1 P-14 Clamp Lever Illustration # 4 A4 6.) Loosen the clamp lever on the Monitor Pole Clamp (P-17) and slide it down the Pole (P-1). Tighten the clamp handle to secure the Monitor Pole Clamp to the Pole. See illustration #5. P-1 Clamp Lever P-17 Illustration # 5 5 7.) Place a Bottom Cap (P-9) and a Washer (P-19) on the center joint of the Monitor Pole Clamp (P-17) as you slide the Monitor Arm (P-15) into place as shown in illustration #6. Place a Washer (P-19) on top of the Monitor Arm joint. Insert the long Screw (A1) down through the Washer and in and out of the Monitor Arm and Moinitor Arm Clamp. Secure the bolt in place using Nut (A3) and tighten. Snap in a Top Cap (P-10) on ther top and bottom of the Monitor Arm. See illustration #6. P-10 A1 P-9 Illustration # 6 P-19 P-15 P-17 P-19 A3 P-10 8.) Attach the Top Bracket (P-3) to your wall at the desire height you want your workstation to hang. NOTE: Follow the Wall Mounting Instructions on Page 7 for the correct wall anchors and screws to use on your type wall. Have a second person hold the assembly from Step 7 up under the Top Bracket and against the wall. Secure the Pole to the Top Bracket using one Screw (A2) as shown in illustration #7. Tighten Screw (A2) using Allen Wrench (H1). Connect the Bottom Bracket (P-2), of the assembly, to the wall using the same mounting method as you did on the Top Bracket. P-3 A2 P-11 8a.) Snap on three Caple Clips (P-11) and two Arm Cable Clips (P-13) as shown P-13 P-11 P-2 Illustration # 7 6 Wall Mounting Instructions Failure to follow these instructions will void your warranty and could result in injury. For Wood Stud Walls For Masonry Walls Screw Wood Stud Use the correct wall predrill for your Plastic Anchor 1/8” Predrill 2”-3” Lag Screw Plastic Anchor 1.) Predrill the correct diameter predrill in the wall with a masonry drill bit. 2.) Tap in the plastic anchor . 3.) Attach the unit to the wall with the . correct length screw 1.) Predrill a 1/8” hole in the through the wall surface and into the wood stud. 2.) Attach the unit to the wall with a 2”-3” Lag Screw. For Sheetrock Walls Snaptoggle Anchor 1/2” Hole Bolt Snaptoggle Anchor in set position 1.) Drill a 1/2” diameter hole in the sheetrock. 2.) Insert the Snaptoggle anchor into the 1/2” hole. Hold ends of straps together and pull toward you until channel rests behind wall. Ratchet cap along straps until cap is flush with wall. 3.) Push thumb side to side to snap off straps level with flange of cap. 4.)
