REMOVE LEFT SIDE SQUEEGEE ASSEMBLY 10 SEE FIGURE 8. Use a spring puller to carefully remove the Extension Springs (I) from the tabs on the upper Weldment Arm (J). 11 Remove the four Screws (K), Washers (L), Bushings (M), Flange Bearings (N) and Nyloc® Nuts (O) holding the side squeegee assembly to the scrub deck, then remove the side squeegee assembly from the machine. NOTE: The Bushing (M2) by the Catch Plate (P) is different than the other three bushings. Make sure to note where the hardware items are located as you remove the squeegee assembly to ensure the mounting hardware is reinstalled correctly. 12 Lower the scrub deck to the floor and turn the Key Switch OFF then remove the key from the machine.

ADJUST THE PROXIMITY SWITCH POSITION In order to adjust the position of the proximity switch, the scrub deck lift actuator will need to be run up and down. 18
Turn the key switch ON and the deck will raise until the actuator starts to ratchet and stop or stop without ratcheting. If the actuator ratchets at the up position, the proximity switch needs to be adjusted down.
19
Press the one-touch scrub button to lower the deck. Turn the machine off and remove the key FOR SAFETY. SEE FIGURE 13. Rotate the proximity switch and bracket down to stop the deck at a lower point.
20
Repeat steps 18 and 19 until the deck will raise to its up position and stop without the actuator ratcheting. Then lower the deck one more time, turn machine off, remove the key and completely tighten the bracket mounting hardware items (1 & 5 shown in FIGURE 1).
