This warranty applies to the original purchase only. The WDX 7K woofer must be purchased directly from and authorized DB Drive dealer for this warranty to take effect. Due to the nature of the use of these woofers the warranty only covers manufacturing defects. This limited warranty does not extend to units that have been subjected to abuse, neglect, or have been damaged due to any installation accident. The limited warranty does not cover open or burnt voice coils that were caused during competition, testing or normal use. To obtain the limited warranty you must send the woofer to the DB Research L.L.P RA department for warranty coverage evaluation. Only DB Research can determine the warranty coverage status of woofer. Woofers will not be accepted without a DB Research issued RA number. The original sales invoice must be presented at the time the RA number is requested. All WDX 7K woofers will be inspected by DB research before any warranty agreement is made. If the WDX 7K woofer does not qualify for warranty you will be contacted with repair and cost options.
