Webcam and microphone troubleshooting for video visits When you log into MyChart and begin your video visit, if the provider is on, you will see him or her in the larger of the two video boxes. If the provider is not on yet, the large box will be black. You should be able to see yourself in the smaller box. If you do not, youw ill need to go to Settings to use your webcam. Please follow these steps to adjust your settings: Right click in the smaller box. A gray Options box will appear. Click on that and you should see an option to select Settings. If Settings is grayed out, maximize your MyChart window. Once the window is maximized you can click Settings. After you open the Settings, click on the second icon from the left on the bottom (computer screen with an eye), then click the Allow and check the remember box. If you or your provider is getting an echo, you can click on the microphone icon (fourth from the left on the bottom) and click reduce echo. You can also adjust the microphone volume form here.
