We are able to create a unique and lasting impression for you and your guests. All of the options shown below can be customized to fit your needs and are offered at special rates. Ballroom Video Package Display the photos or video of your choice during your reception. Please note that the client is responsible for bringing their own laptop. There is an additional charge of $250 if a laptop is requested from PSAV. 1 screen - $275 2 screens - $375 3-4 screens - $475 iPod Sound System Package: $250 Be your own DJ! Create your own playlist, press play and dance the night away. This package includes: Two powered speakers with speaker stands One four-channel mixer One iPod hookup Add a wireless microphone for an additional $75 Classic Up-Light Package: $350 Add color to your wedding ceremony and/or reception! The Classic Up-Light Package includes up to 12 floor décor up-lights. Please specify your up-lighting color of choice. (One color only.) Up-Lights can also be purchased à la carte for $30 each LED Lighting Package: $550 Our premium LED lighting package includes a one of a kind custom-made color, 10 LED up-lights and a lighting controller, allowing us to change colors throughout your event. Custom Gobo Package: $215 Gobos can be projected over the head table or on the dance floor. Package includes one custom gobo and one light to project your custom monogram or design. Pinspot Lighting Package: $300 Highlight the special details of your wedding with pin spots – perfect for showcasing beautiful centerpieces. Package includes 24 pinspots.
