xlaFORM Automated Infuser FuncBon: This automated vacuum infuser takes advantage of the porosity of certain types of 3D printed parts by filling otherwise empty space with xlaForm resins. To infuse the part en=rely, the xlaForm Automated Infuser u=lizes a pressure differen=al to fill the voids inside of the parts with xlaForm resins. The air trapped inside of the 3D printed part leaves the part in the form of enlarged bubbles and the xlaForm resin takes its place. When the vacuum is released, the resin is forced into the voids by normal air pressure. Power Requirements: 120V AC power source able to supply 20 amps Air Source: 50 psi User Interface: Touch screen Temperature Range: The user input range for resin tank temperatures is 40°C to 60°C to avoid damage or injury. Chamber Heater: Keeps the infusion chamber at 60°C so that the 3D printed parts are prevented from cooling to room temperature before an infusion cycle.
