It is very important to stop eating and drinking at the right time.

No food after 5 o’clock in the morning. 10 9 8

Between 5 o’clock and 9 o’clock in the morning you can only drink water. This means 6 no squash, 6 no fizzy drinks, 6 no milk, 6 no tea or coffee.
If you have medicine or tablets in the morning ask the nurse if you can take these before 9 o’clock with your water. 10 9 8
