Installation Installing the Wi Pad AudioLink is quick and simple. The following sections provide detailed instructions on setting up your Wi Pad AudioLink.
Connecting to iPod/iPad/iPhone 1. Turn on the power on the iPod, iPad or iPhone 2. Connect the Wi Pad AudioLink to the 30-pin dock connector port on located at the bottom end of your iPod, iPad or iPhone. Note: You may have to remove the protective cover if you have one installed in your iPod, iPad or iPhone as it may prevent proper connection between the Wi Pad AudioLink and your device. 3. Apple iOS will automatically recognize the Wi Pad AudioLink and the green LED indicator on the Wi Pad AudioLink will start flashing. 4. Proceed to the Pairing section of this guide.
Pairing Before using the Wi Pad AudioLink, you will need to pair the Wi Pad AudioLink transmitter with the Wi AudioLink or Wi AudioStream receivers (Rx). Pairing will allow a connection between the transmitter and the receiver. 1. First turn ON the receiver (Rx) by pressing and holding the POWER button on the receiver for two seconds. 2. Press and hold the LINK button on the Wi Pad AudioLink transmitter for 3 seconds. The Power/Status green LED on the Wi Pad AudioLink will start flashing fast. The Wi Pad AudioLink is now in a Pairing mode and ready to search for receivers. 3. Press and hold the LINK button on the receiver (Rx) for 3 seconds. The green Power/Status LED on the receiver will start flashing fast. The receiver is now in a Pairing mode and ready to be found by the transmitter. 4. Once the Wi Pad AudioLink pairs with the receiver, the Power/Status LED on both devices will turn to solid Green. Now you are ready to use Wi Pad AudioLink.

Wi Pad AudioLink Features The Wi Pad AudioLink is a 2.4GHz stereo digital wireless audio transmitter designed to wirelessly stream high-qulity16-bit, 48KHz uncompressed CD quality stereo audio signal from your iPod, iPad or iPhone to any audio destination when combined with the Wi AudioLink and Wi AudioStream pocket portable stereo digital wireless audio systems. Features List: • Wirelessly connect your iPod, iPad or iPhone to studio or professional on-stage audio systems such as DJ gear, audio mixers, powered speaker/monitors, amplifiers and live sound systems. • Enjoy your music wirelessly at home with your favorite headphones, in-ear monitors, home stereo and digital theater systems. • Control the audio functions of the iPod, iPad or the iPhone (Play, Pause, Mute, Next Track, Prev Track, Volume Up and Volume Down) remotely from the paired Wi AudioLink or Wi AudioStream receiver (Rx) by using the function buttons on the Wi receiver. • Transmitter power is supplied from your device. No additional batteries, charging docking stations or cables required.
DJ Gear & Live Sound Systems Setup You can connect the iPod/iPad/iPhone to DJ gear, on-stage mixers, powered speakers/ monitors, amplifiers and live sound systems to the paired Wi AudioLink or Wi AudioStream receiver (Rx). 1. Locate the 1/8” stereo Y-split to 1/4” stereo cable that comes with the Wi AudioLink and AudioStream digital wireless systems. 2. Connect the 1/8” TRS jack end of the cable to the audio output port of the Wi AudioLink or AudioStream receiver (Rx), then connect left and right 1/4” TRS cable ends to the mixing console audio input jacks. Your iPod/iPad/iPhone is know ready for use with the mixing console.

Home Stereo & Theater Setup You can connect the iPod/iPad/iPhone to your home stereo or theater system using the paired Wi AudioLink or Wi AudioStream receiver (Rx). Note: For home stereo and theater systems connection, you will need to have a standard 1/8” stereo TRS to Y-split left and right male RCA cable. 1. Connect the 1/8” stereo end of the optional 1/8” stereo TRS to Y-split left and right male RCA cable the audio output port of the Wi AudioLink or AudioStream receiver (Rx). 1/8” stereo TRS to Y-split left and

2. Using the auxiliary inputs on your home stereo or theater system, connect the left and right RCA ends of the audio cable to the auxiliary audio input RCA ports.
3. Set your home stereo/theater system to play Auxiliary Input Jacks audio from the auxiliary port. Wi AudioLink or Wi AudioStream Your iPod/iPad/iPhone Stereo Digital Wireless Receiver (Rx) is know ready for use.
Headphone Setup You can listen to the iPod/iPad/iPhone / / music by connecting your headphones, in-ear monitors to the paired Wi AudioLink or Wi AudioStream receiver (Rx). 1. Connect the 1/8” stereo connector end of your headphones or in-ear personal monitor into the “Audio Output” jack on the Wi AudioLink or AudioStream receiver (Rx). Your iPod/iPad/iPhone is know ready for use with the Wi AudioLink or AudioStream receiver (Rx).
