Windows 8/10 How to setup eduroam IT Service Requirements 1. The laptop must have an Internet connection: a. b. 2. Using another wireless network. Using / sharing your 3G connection from your mobile phone. You can do it at home or at the UPF. It’s not required to be at the UPF premises to make the settings. Steps to follow 1. Open any browser and go to: https://cat.eduroam.org/?idp=38 Steps to follow 2. This page will detect automatically that you have Windows 10 / Windows 8. Click on “Download your eduroam installer”, and then click on “Continue” Warning!!! These are the credentials you will have to use to authenticate yourself to eduroam Steps to follow 3. Your download file will start shortly 4. Click on the downloaded file Steps to follow 5. The software installation will begin. Click on “Next” and accept the conditions Steps to follow 6. Accept the following screens to complete the installation process Steps to follow 7. It will ask your username and password to authenticate in eduroam: a) b) Enter your Campus Global username with “[email protected]” format. Enter your Campus Global password. Click on “OK”. Steps to follow 8. The installation process is complete. You can check the connection if you click on available Wi-Fi networks Where can I connect to Eduroam? With this settings you can connect to Internet in any institution affiliated to the eduroam program. If you have any question or incident don’t hesitate to contact with the IT Service of your Campus.
