Assorted Cheeses with Apricot-Honey Dipping Sauce ½ # Each Asiago, Smoked Cheddar and Cheshire Cheeses cut into cubes 1 Cup Apricot Puree or Preserves 1 Cup Honey Method: 1. Cube the cheeses and set onto a plate. 2. Combine the honey and the apricot puree and mix well. Pour into small individual serving containers. Garnish with Fresh Herbs or salad greens. Assorted Cheeses with Asian-Apricot Dipping Sauce ½ # Each your favorite hard cheese, Asiago, Smoked Cheddar and Cheshire Cheeses, cut into cubes 2/3 Cup Apricot Puree or Preserves 1/1/2 T. Water 2 tsp. fresh Lime Juice 2 tsp. Soy Sauce 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard ½ tsp. grated Minced Ginger Method: 1. Cube, slice or chuck the cheeses and arrange on a platter or cheese board. 2. Combine all other ingredients in a blender or food processor, mix well until smooth. Pour into small individual serving containers.
