This is why our new wood-burning stove has an effective exhaust gas conduct and a huge heat exchanging device for a high efficiency. As probably the first sauna stove on the market our top model has an incoming air control that regulates the incoming air from the beginning of the burning on completely automatically. This regulation results to a considerably improved burning behaviour compared to other stoves. All these innovations are reflected positively in the efficiency, the demand on firewood and of course the emissions. The main reason for this complex technique is the introduction of the first Federal Emission Control Law (1.BImSchV) on February 1st, 2010. This law controls the limits for carbon monoxide (CO), dust as well as the minimum efficiency. Sauna stoves that do not comply with these requirements will not be authorised by chimney sweepers in Germany. Moreover, the most of the wood-burning stoves comply with the strict regulations of the first Federal Emission Control Law (1. BImSchV). In Germany multiple lightened sauna stoves do not need an approval anymore if they comply with the first Federal Emission Control Law (1. BImSchV) and soon with the EN 15821. Before you install your stove you have to register it at your chimney sweeper together with the documents delivered. In the following years your chimney sweeper will check your stove annually and clean the chimney of your sauna stove. A measuring of the exhausts will not be needed. Designed for life Our FinTec wood-burning stove was designed and developed in Germany and is also produced here. It is the first model of a new generation of sauna stoves that will be enlarged step by step in the next years. If you are on the search of a sauna stove that offers a pleasant appearance and unique comfort in handling in addition to German quality, you won’t be able to pass this stove. Unproblematic installation The stove may be put directly onto inflammable material (e.g. wooden floor) without additional isolation sheets. This is an enormous advantage compared to other sauna stoves which have to be installed onto concrete or Promat sheets. Moreover the width of the fire tube complies with the German DN 120 standard that enables an easy installation to already existing chimneys. Thanks to the self-closing door, the sauna stove has been successfully tested as Type I and may be connected to multiple used chimneys. Fresh air opening Before you begin to heat, the fresh air supply that is integrated into the door has to be opened ( just push it upwards). The sauna stove receives an excess of air and the burning starts directly without any problems. As soon as the burning has started, the primary air supply closes automatically. This leads to an extremely efficient and ecological burning. The thickness of the furnace’s steel sheet is 6 mm, the thickness of the stove’s flipside 4 mm. This enables the extreme high stiffness of our sauna stoves. Efficient exhaust gas conduct All of our standard wood-burning stoves have a controlled exhaust gas conduct that enables a much higher efficiency that leads to a lower demand on fire wood and a faster achievement of the operation temperature. Two big revision openings enable an easy cleaning of the exhaust gas conducts. The exhaust gas tube can either be closed horizontally or vertically, whereas the extractor has a diameter of 115 mm. Furthermore the new eco models are equipped with fireclay. This increases the efficiency and the heat storage capacity of the stove considerably. The correct choice The performance of the oven should be chosen on the basis of the size and the material of the sauna. If the inner walls are made of stone, glass or similar materials, the stove performance needed increases by the parameter 1.2. If the inner wall consists of non-isolated planks, the parameter is 1.5. Please note that the walls and especially the ceiling have to be well isolated. An efficient circulation of air makes sure that your sauna guests are always provided with fresh air. Special formed heating elements enable a constant heating of the SaunaStones. The small safety distances that enable sophisticated design wishes show another advantage. Strong reasons All electrical sauna heaters are completely made of high quality stainless steel. The heating elements are made of extreme durable AISI 304 stainless steel. For the commercial sauna heaters we use first class heating elements made of AISI 309. This guarantees a long and low-maintenance usage. The maximal heating capacity of 2.0 kW per heating element assures a very low surface load of the pipe (max. 2.0 Watt /cm²). Thereby the strain of the heating elements is reduced considerably reaching a significant longer life period. Our sauna heaters are constructed and produced for a high strain and long life period. However if something should get broken, we won’t leave you out in the rain. We ensure an uncomplicated and fast spare part delivery. In the expertise the “Geowissenschaftliche Dienst“, Dr. Olaf Otto Dillmann (geoscientist) issued, the Finnish rocks where examined for their thermal capacity. The most important criteria for quality for a high class SaunaStone is the formation of the minerals and the constituent minerals.
