WORKSHOP - THURSDAY, 7th May, 2015 AT PERDISWELL YOUNG PEOPLE’S LEISURE CLUB, WR3 7SN CUTTING FUSING AND MANIPULATING FABRICS - Margaret Beal This workshop is full of ideas for using the fine tipped soldering iron on synthetic fabrics. After a brief recap on the three basic techniques of cutting, fusing and mark-making, we shall then expand on various new ways of using them. Some of the methods are easier than others and depending on the fabrics used there will be a certain amount of trial and error involved. Needless to say, the day will be relaxing and fun.
