Worry-free driving Audi Complete offers service and maintenance packages which either come as standard or with optional upgrades. They range from 3 years/45,000 km to 5 years or 120,000 km, whichever comes first, depending on the individual model. These are available for most models across the Audi range. Ask your nearest authorised Audi dealer for specific models and their appropriate coverage periods. It’s valid from the first new car registration date and covers items scheduled for replacement as per the manufacturer’s service schedule. The Audi Complete Service Package offers full routine servicing for your Audi. With regular scheduled service checks that cover a comprehensive checklist, you can be sure your vehicle has received our thorough care. What is covered in Audi Complete Service? The package is only applicable when performed at participating authorised Audi service centres within GCC and Near East using Audi Genuine Parts® supplied by an authorised Audi dealer. No cash alternative is available. No refund or part refund will be given in the event of non-utilisation of all available replacement intervals. Parts may not be claimed if the associated work is not required. The responsibility of the Audi service network relating to the Audi Complete Service Package is limited only to the provision of the defined and recommended scope of work. No liability for any subsequent unrelated failures which may occur under the defined scope of The Audi Complete Service Package or any indirect losses or costs incurred will be accepted. Audi Complete Service Package covers only the items listed in this section and includes all directly related labour charges. The Audi Complete Service Package benefits will be provided from the date of the first registration of the vehicle and will continue for periods ranging from 3 to 5 years with a limitation on mileage ranging from 45,000 km to 120,000 km, depending on the model and optional upgrades purchased. Details of the optional upgrades to the service packages with higher mileage are available at the authorised Audi dealer in your country. 3. After expiry of the period referred to above, there will be no further obligation on Audi Complete Service Package to provide the benefits listed in this booklet. The Audi Complete Maintenance Package offers you additional benefits covering certain wear and tear items not included in Audi Complete Service Package. What is covered in Audi Complete Maintenance? The Audi Complete Extended Warranty is your assurance that your vehicle will continue to receive exclusive Audi care. Audi Complete Extended Warranty may be purchased at any authorised Audi Dealership, on condition that the vehicle still has a valid original warranty and its mileage has not exceeded 100,000 km. Extended warranty coverage starts on the day following the expiry date of the original Audi factory warranty for a period of 12 to 24 months, as stipulated in the extended warranty booklet application form. What is covered in Audi Complete Extended Warranty? Audi Complete Extended Warranty provides comprehensive breakdown cover against mechanical, electrical or electronic components including infotainment units. However, there are components or parts in your Audi vehicle that are subject to gradual deterioration or wear as a result of normal driving habits, conditions or general use of the vehicle. Therefore, coverage of items such as (but not limited to) piston rings, valves, and valve guides, suspension bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, drive shaft, flex discs and other parts and/or components as part of Audi Complete Extended Warranty are limited to sudden failures due to manufacturing defects only. Exclusions and limitations 1.1 The geographical coverage of the Audi Complete Extended Warranty is restricted to the GCC and Near East participating countries only. 1.2 Failure to perform the scheduled service maintenance at an authorised Audi service centre for warranty protection in accordance with the owner’s manual. 1.3 Vehicles that are ineligible for Audi Complete Extended Warranty coverage are those: a) That are sold to commercial re-sellers or used as taxis, rental cars or by driving schools. b) Whose original vehicle design has been modified (i.e. by tuning, installation of third-party parts or accessories not supported by Audi), particularly if these changes affect the technical specifications safety standards of the vehicle. Exempt from this exclusion are approved modifications by Audi. c) That fail due to misuse, neglect or lack of service and maintenance as per Audi requirements. Audi Complete Extended Warranty is restricted to first owners, but may be transferred to a new private owner when the vehicle is sold. 13 14 Comprehensive Motor Insurance What is Audi Complete Comprehensive Motor Insurance? All Audi customers who own a new or Audi Approved:plus vehicle for not more than 3 years can benefit from a yearly comprehensive motor insurance coverage at competitive rates and covering a wide range of services like repairs, property damage or accident benefits. Check with your authorised local Audi dealer for full details on how to avail of the Audi Complete Comprehensive Motor Insurance. What is covered in Audi Complete Comprehensive Motor Insurance? Audi Complete Comprehensive Motor Insurance is available for new cars and Audi Approved:plus cars up to 3 years old. With Audi Complete GAP Insurance (Total Loss Insurance) you don’t need to worry about your vehicle losing its value after an accident, or in instances where the accident results in the total loss of your vehicle Audi Complete GAP Insurance helps make the repurchase process easier. What is covered in Audi Complete GAP Insurance? Provided the vehicle is covered under a full comprehensive motor insurance, Audi Complete GAP Insurance can be claimed to provide the following benefits: ► ► 17 Help you acquire a replacement vehicle in case your current vehicle is classed as a total loss by the Comprehensive Motor Insurance Cover the financial difference between original purchase price of your current vehicle and the value covered by Comprehensive Motor Insurance Exclusions and limitations The following conditions must be met for you to benefit from Audi Complete GAP Insurance: 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 1.5 1.6 1.7 Vehicle’s manufacturer’s specifications should not have been modified. Total loss which is not covered by the Comprehensive Motor Insurance will not be covered under GAP Insurance. Vehicle should be under 4 years old and have covered less than 80,000 km. Exclusions and limitations Audi Complete Roadside Assistance gives you peace of mind when you most need it on your journey. In the event of unforeseen breakdowns, Audi Complete Roadside Assistance will recover, repair or transport your vehicle to the nearest authorised Audi dealer. 1.1 Extraordinary natural disasters. 1.2 Vehicles used for commercial purposes. 1.3 When the driver of the vehicle did not abide by local traffic and road regulations.
