The SmartBox is capable of being integrated with various Audio visual systems, including projectors, speakers, MP3 players, computers, video cameras to name a few. The following section briefly explains the inbuilt functions of the SmartBox. It does not cover how it works with external systems you may wish to use. You will also receive the instruction booklets for the units contained within the SmartBox. Blu-ray / DVD The Blu-ray/DVD player functions as a normal DVD player. There are two buttons on the player itself, the power button and the eject button. For all other functions, the remote control is required. If this is lost, a replacement remote control will be required. The DVD player is capable of playing movies and music from CDs or from a USB. Plug USB into the USB slot on the front of the DVD player, with the remote use the arrow keys and enter key to navigate to the folder and file that you wish to play. NOTE: Not all video or audio formats are compatible with the Blu-ray player. Please refer to the manual supplied or visit the manufacturer website to find out which formats are appropriate. They are also used to navigate in menus and interactive screens. STANDBY light lights up while the digital receiver is in standby mode. Light blinks every time you press a button on the remote control. For all other functions, the remote control is required. If this is lost, a replacement remote control will be required.
