Troubleshooting 1. Why my X mini stop charging , but the power is still providing ? Please take note if the environment temperature reaches 45°C or above, the car adapter still can supply power to device, but it will not charge the Lithium-ion battery. This is the characteristic of Lithium-ion and is not a malfunction. 2. Why I turn off the engine , X mini is still recording ? On some cars, the car lighter will still with power after the engine is switched off. If this happens, do one of the following: - Manually turn off the X mini . - Remove the car adapter from the cigarette lighter. 3. Why the video blurred ? A. Probably the lens is not clean enough, please check whether the lens is dirty , please use the lens paper to wipe clean . B. Probably the window is dirty, wipe clean the window . 4. Why the image severe beating when car is moving ? Please check whether the bracket joint tightened. 5. Why is my computer playback the video not so smooth ? Please check your system requirements . CPU = Dual Core or above System RAM = 1GB (2GB recommended) Graphic card = 256MB of RAM or above Please install an updated version of the codec decoder , Aiptek uses the H.264 AVI file format . If you play the video on X3 is smooth , that means the video file is work fine, not the X3 failure to record a faulty video file . 6. My PC video player can not play the Full HD video . Please check the PC system requirement and refer to “Question 5” . 7. Lens encounter a blaze injection, the screen appears a vertical line . This phenomenon called Blue Strip . When X mini face to a strong light , the light dipped into the lens and sensor , sensor will withstand a mass of light, once it beyond the scope that it can bear , it will happen , this is a normal phenomenon. The vertical line will be according to the angle of light to change the location on screen .
