XC-HR50 CHANGING HIGH FRAME RATE MONOCHROME CAMERA Component/OEM Ideal for high speed image processing, the XC-HR50 is an ultra-compact monochrome C-mount camera featuring a 1/3 type progressive scan CCD. THE WAY Features • Ultra small and light weight: 29 (W) x 29 (H) x 30 (D) mm, 50 g (1 3⁄16 x 1 3⁄16 x 1 3⁄16 inches, 1.8 oz) • High frame rate at VGA resolution: 60 full frames/s progressive scanning; in continuous or trigger modes The XC-HR50 can capture high quality, full frame images at 60 frames/s. In addition, by reducing the number of transmitted lines (partial scan), partial images can be captured at an increased speed (up to 200 frames/s). Furthermore, the compact and lightweight body of the XC-HR50 makes it easy to install in space-restricted areas. With high-speed imaging in a small body, the XC-HR50 is ideal for demanding applications such as semiconductor production, and highspeed assembly line inspection. • Higher frame rate using binning mode: 120 frames/s with full angle of view and improved sensitivity • High rate scanning to increase vertical scanning frequency: Approx.200 frames/s in partial scan mode BUSINESS • Progressive scanning, square pixels • Minimum illumination of 1 lx at F1.4 • High S/N Ratio: 58 dB • Electronic shutter function (OFF – 1/30,000 s) • External trigger shutter (1/4 – 1/100,000 s) • High shock and vibration tolerance COMMUNICATES www.sonybiz.net CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS | SURVEILLANCE | VIDEOCONFERENCING BROADCAST | MEDICAL AND DIGITAL IMAGING | BUSINESS PRESENTATIONS XC-HR50 SPECIFICATIONS DIMENSIONS Image device 1/3 type Progressive Scan CCD Effective picture elements 659 (H) x 494 (V) Lens mount C mount Scanning system 60 Hz Non-interlaced Sync system Internal/External (automatic switching) External sync signal HD/VD (2 to 5 Vp-p) (mm) 12 15 30 23,7 C 0. 1 Vp-p, Sync negative, 75 Ω unbalanced Horizontal resolution 500 TV lines Minimum illumination 1 lx (F1.4, Manual Gain MAX) S/N ratio 58 dB Shutter 12 20 12 5 Video output 22 16.5 42 Normal: OFF to 1/30,000 s with switches Restart/Reset Async External trigger, Non-reset, reset, switches or with trigger pulse width (1/100000 to 1/4 s) Gain control Fixed, Manual Gamma 1 (Fixed) Output connector DC IN, SYNC, VIDEO: multi 12-pin Power consumption 1.8 W Operating temperature -5 to 45 °C (23 to 113 °F) Storage temperature -30 to 60 °C (-22 to 140 °F) Operating humidity 20 to 80 % (no condensation) Storage humidity 20 to 95 % (no condensation) Shock resistance 70 G Dimensions 29 (H) x 29 (W) x 30 (D) mm (1 3⁄16 x 1 3⁄16 x 1 3⁄16 inches) Mass 50 g (1.8 oz) Rear Panel 12 PIN ASSIGNMENT Pin NO.
