Revoluntionary Engine Via CanBus backbone technology, Solaris is integrated into a high-speed network. All data can then be collected instanteously in real-time to simultaneously ensure the system's funtionality. The system enhances the shortest response time and provides the strongest robust structure, to compliment the most reliable operations. Solaris control system is powered with self-adjustment and error contained functions. The digital system abstracts the complete running information, dynamically analyzes the performance of every individual components, and is able to accurately judge and predict the current elevator's operational status. In any events of abnormality, the system will carry out a series precautionary adjustments and instructions to avoid any possible break-down, easing subsequent services and to guarantee operation safety in the process.
The main controller design follows MDS (Military Design Standard) standard, and constructed by ultrapowerful dual-core 32b CPUs with redundant CPU chip-sets and 64MB permanent storage. Overall calculation capability reaches 32 MIPS. Dual core chip-set controller builds up a stable and efficient platform, every chip-set module works independently, all the I/O information is fully isolated. System also owns excellent EMC/EMI features and qualifies with EC255-22-1/2/3/4 standards. The solaris's traction machine is operated by modern DTC (Digital Torque Control) technology. It is able to fully and automatically compensate start/stop jerks, to satisfy the stable and smooth operation. The controller can conduct the distance control calculation from high grade sensors, and deliver the best speed curve and distance regulation with maximal error of 0.5mm.

Integrated Door Operator Door operator seamlessly integrates door control and door drive to reduce the response time. With equipped self-invented car door safety lock mechanism, Solaris is able to prevent passengers from entering the hoistway as to avoid any human injury or property damage.
Perennial Control Panel Control panel design and parts selection are strictly compliant with international IEC standard with completely humidity, temperature and aging tests. Galvanized cabinet and special coating guarantees the control panel is compatibility for most extreme environments.

Efficient Traction Machine
Integrated Door Operator
Solaris introduces five invention patents to implement a completely new method to elaborate EM air-gap and EMF features. Driving efficiency is more than 95%.
High-efficient Siemens motor and vector control inverter constructs an accurate control loop, the driving torque is given based on the actual resistance to reduce the energy wastage.
Dynamic Power Consumption System real-timely analyzes loading information to allocate proper power usage, this technology cuts down the electricity consumption for non-full-load circumstances.
Re-Gen Technology User can add an optional re-gen unit into Solaris builtin interface. Re-gen unit can transform kinetic energy into clean electricity, and feedback back to local/public grid.
Excellent EM Features Complied with European standard EN12015 and EN12016. Solaris can guarantee the reliable operation even in extreme interference environment, while the very low EM radiation avoids any possible healthy damage.
SHL (Super hoistway lubrication) Structure Solaris integrates with unique SHL structure, registered under invention patent. SLH achieves the best friction factors (moving frication factor: 0.03; still frication factor: 0.04) to reduce moving resistance and related noise and vibration.

Clean Lubrication Design Traction machine uses seal type bearings to make motor lubrication unnecessary. Guide rail lubrication feeder are specially invented to dynamically regulate the oil-feeding on the actual situation to reduce oil leakage.
Low Operation Noise Traction machine adopts new LTV technology to reduce overall torque vibration. Compound car panel to isolate hoistway noise. Selective Collective Control
System collects hall/car call signal from COP and hall calls, automatically arrange the responding sequence according to the current running position and direction, and respond on every individual registered call

Duplex Control
Fully automatic operation used for a two elevator system. Calls are responded to by whichever car that can serve the call faster. When there is no call, one of the cars will standby at the starting floor while the other car stops at the predesignated floor.

Group Control
A group control system is used when there are more than two elevators operating in a group (up to 16 elevators). Using XJ group control dispatching algorithm, system reduces waiting time by computing forecasts of waiting time and distributing them evenly among all cars controlled.

Auto turn-off car light & fan
When the elevator is not in use for pre-designated period, the light and ventilation fan in the car are automatically turned off to conserve energy.
