Overview The XProTec™ Ultrasonic Distance Meter is the perfect tool for linear measurements, and is ideally suited to quickly determine the area or volume of a room. This unit measures distances in a straight line, from 2 to 52 feet, by transmitting ultrasonic waves to a measurement point. It measures the time it takes the waves to reflect and then calculates the distance.
This advanced ultrasonic measurement system comes equipped with a built-in laser to target distances accurately and has a built-in calculator to add multiple distances and calculate area and volume. The XProTec Ultrasonic Distance Meter can store up to 5 measurements in memory and displays the measurements in English or metric units. The XProTec Ultrasonic Distance Meter comes ready to use with a 9 Volt battery and a carrying case.
