The XS series models are compact, direct load, 2-way speaker systems, which offer an unparalleled package great audio performance and attractive exceptional design. With their excellent sound and elegant look these products perfectly suit any kind of fixed installed sound system. The XS6 is a multi-functional speaker equipped with a 6” LF driver and a 1” dome tweeter. The complex and very reliable x-over electronics has been designed by a famous German loudspeaker manufacturer and offer a dynamic protection circuit for the drivers. The XS6 offers a number of different mounting options: Horizontal or vertical yoke, wall-mount support (allows for tilting and swiveling) and mounting points for Omnimount® ball-joint brackets. XS6 is available in black or white with standard paint or with a high gloss piano finish (PF-version). Custom colors can be offered on request.

Engineers specification The loudspeaker system shall be of the passive two-way type comprising: one 6” low frequency driver and one 1” high frequency soft dome driver. Performance specifications of a typical production unit shall meet or exceed the following: frequency response flat within ±3 dB from 75 Hz to 18 kHz. Dispersion shall average 90° H x 90° V. Nominal impedance shall be 16 ohms. Power handling shall be 100 watts r.m.s., sensitivity measured with 1 watt input at 1 meter distance on axis, mean averaged over stated bandwidth shall be 93 dB. Maximum SPL (peak), measured with music program shall be 113 dB. Dimensions: 217 mm x 220 mm x 385 mm (W x D x H), weight: 7.8 kg. A wall bracket and yoke mounts for horizontal and vertical mounting shall be available as an option. In addition the speaker shall have mounting points to adapt Omnimount® series 20.5 brackets. The loudspeaker system shall be the t&mSystems XS6. No other system shall be acceptable unless the above combined performance specifications are equaled or exceeded.
