Right pedal is not attached. Break away all 4 corners of base tray, then carefully remove packaging from rear of pedals while supporting the pedals. Bring pedals carefully to stable resting position (not shown). Align top bracket of right pedal lever with top of 3-pivot link. Insert bolt B-1 from outside of unit through both parts and secure with nut B-2. Tighten to 17 ft-lbs using two 13mm wrenches. With help, lift unit and roll off front of box tray (not shown). (Unit weighs approximately 400 lbs. (181 kg).)     With Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove 4 screws from access tray; set screws aside for re-installation in Step 3. Slide access tray back toward rear of machine. Slide mast over 4 screws on base; tighten with 6mm hex wrench. Slide access tray forward; secure with 4 screws retained in Step 1. Remove wire twist ties securing cable bundle under mast plate; route cables up and out the top of the mast (not shown). Console Box Contents C Install Moving Handlebars & Covers Standard Console (Front and Back) Smart Console (Front and Back) 110460-001 110865-001      Hardware Pack 110622-001  100780-001 Power Switch 111032-001 Power Supply 107057-001 (may be boxed separately) Switch Cable 111033-001 Slide moving handlbar onto pivot shaft. Slide end link over small crank arm. Slide washer B-4 onto bolt B-5, then insert bolt into moving handlebar pivot shaft. Tighten with 17mm wrench to 33 ft-lb.  Secure end link to small crank arm with nut B-6; tighten with 17mm wrench to 33 ft-lb.  Hook plastic clip on moving arm cable over hole in frame; secure with screw B-7 using Phillips #2 screwdriver. Connect moving arm cables (2) to cables in base.  Select the correct handlebar cover, labeled “R” (right) or“L” (left). Position small slot in handlebar cover around moving handlebar and press into place, covering the moving handlebar pivot shaft. Connect the C-SAFE cable from the C-SAFE port on the mast to the console (cable not shown). Note: If you are installing a 900 MHz accessory, remove and discard the C-SAFE cable. Connect heart rate cable attached to heart rate board on console back to heart rate cable from mast (black, 6-pin connector). Make additional cable connections from mast to back of console:  Standard Console:  power,  handlebars,  base,    LAN,  ground Smart Console:  power,  handlebars,  base,  LAN (leave ground unconnected) Using Phillips #2 screwdriver, attach console front to 6-a top of mast with C-1 (quantity 4); tighten. For Smart console only: Install power switch; connect cable and power. a. Remove plug from mast plate. b. Connect cable to console board. Route other end through the opening where plug was removed. Connect cable to switch. Smart Console c. Press switch into opening until flush with bottom of mast plate.  Power d. Connect power cord and power supply. Plug into base of unit and (white, 4-pin) wall socket. Press power switch to power on the console (not shown). If you have the optional 900 MHz accessory, refer to 900 MHz Assembly Instructions (Part Number 110749-001), located in the box with your 900 MHz accessory, then return to these instructions to complete final assembly. E  Connect Battery, Attach Covers & Mast Boot, Level Machine      Connect cable on battery to cable in base (if you have not already done so during installation of PVS or 900MHz accessory).  Verify power to console and, if applicable, complete Console Setup according to instructions found in the console guide and Setup Instructions (Part Number 110506-001 – Standard Console or Part Number 110600-001 – Smart Console).  Use a #2 Phillips srewdriver to attach back cover to console with C-1 (quantity 6); tighten (shown in Section D illustration).  Attach one left and one right frame end cover around each frame end with B-3 screws (quantity 3 each). Tighten with #2 Phillips screwdriver.    Position and re-install top shroud using 4 screws retained in Step A-1 (not shown). Wrap mast boot around base of mast.
