II Safety instruction Follow below notes before use Notice Do not disassemble printer yourself,please read the manual carefully before using. Warning Switch off when there’s malfunction,unplug the charger and remove the battery if printer’s abnormal or have peculiar smell. XT4131A Warning Do not use printer nearby gas station ,fuel warehouse or other combustible material Warning When charging ,make sure the ambient temperature between -5℃~40℃,using our original battery and power adapter.Using others’ may result in damage to the printer , battery leakage ,fire or even explosion. Notice Do not open the cover when printing,to avoid printer damage. Notice Do not use dissolved or corrosive chemical products to clean your printer Notice Using our original/recommended printing paper,to avoid bad influence on printing quality or printhead damage III Notice Remove the battery when it becomes weak or when the unites is not in use for extended period. Notice This will prevent damage to the unit from battery leakage at such timesTurn off the printer before replacing the battery, when replacing if using battery cut off the power. Notice Using the printer between -10℃~50℃,The printing quality may be lower if out of compass. IV Follow below notes to use battery Notice Before using please read this manual and details on battery. Notice Charge battery in proper ambient temperature,if temperature too high ,battery may be heated,unshaped or even fired. Notice Protect circuit units or others in the battery ,do not diassemble the battery ,otherwise short-circuit may occur & electrolyte may go out .if electrolyte jumps into eyes ,flush the eyes with water and XT4131A V send to the hospital immediatly. Warning Do not squeeze,mechanical vibrate or shake the battery ,short-circuit is not allowed. Warning Do not put battery into water,otherwise short-circuit may occur. Warning Do not expose the battery under sunshine,dusty or anywhere have much smoke. Notice Change battery when power’s too weak to use. Notice Keep the battery away from children. Notice Stop using if battery’s out of shape or color changed. Follow below notes to use charger Notice Before using read the manual and details on charger carefully Warning Do not disaseemble or change charger ,do not use charger if wire damaged,otherwise electric may shock ,fir or charger damage may occur. Warning Do not touch charger with wet hands ,please cut off the power supply if charger’s in contact with water or other liquid. Warning Do not use charger under high temperature ,the equipment is not water resistance. Warning Do not wet the battery or kee it in the rain. Notice Hold the charger when unplug,otherwise wire may be damaged. Keep the charger away from children ,to avoid any kinds possible of dangers. When the data is tranmitted ,  it will flash set mode How to set,please read the sixth part 3.2 Printing/feeding When printing or feeding ,the symbol will display。 3.3 Out of paper When paper loading is incorrect or lack of paper ,the symbol will display 3.4 Cover open When cover isn’t closed,the symbol will display This icon indicates that the charger is plugged in 3.6 Power level When charging, the symbol will display . When using the battery for the first time or when it needs long-term storage . put the battery into the battery comparment. As the picture showed above Put the cover on . As the picture showed above. 4.2 Charging battery Plug the power adapter inoto a power supply socket and the DC into the charging port of the printer AC:100V～240V（50-60Hz) Charging port XT4131A Warning Please use our special designed power adapters , use others’ may result in damage to printers Notice Do not remove the battery when charging Remark Could print during charging Charging： Power level blinking Charging completed: level full & stop blinking  4.3 Paper Loading XT4131A uses diameter 39mm，width 80mm thermal printing paper/label Remove the seal on paper roll Upward pushing the button to open the paper compartment Remark XT4131A Notice the paper roll direction ,it may not print when In the opposite position 3 According to the illustration, Loading paper roll with right direction Pull a strip of paper out of compartment ,and close it. Remark  Pull the paper roll out of paper storage area. 5 According to the illustration ,tear out the outside paper 5.Basic function 5.1 turn on Press the power switch for 2 s to open printer 5.2 turn off XT4131A When printer turned on ,press the power switch 3 s to turn off the printer. Remark Automatic wakeup  When sleeping ,press button printer will wakeup. or if there’s data transmission Under sleep mode, Z numbers mean power levels 6.Setting After turn on printer, Press set button (No sleep mode) change option CFG Feeding change option content blackness: 4 1 2 blackness： 3 4 5 According the demands to set printing quality different types of paper adjust in different printing blackness Reserve and quite：Press the power switch, or do not operate buttons more than 5 seconds, the printer will automatically save the settings and exit the setting State. Remark When the icon CFG Autofeed: No CFG CFG shows up , The printer enter the set state. More than 50 meters distance network using ,which makes your work more flexible XT4131A Remark Pls download driver from the website or ask for your supplier to get it  50m WiFi communication distance：≤50m 7.2 Bluetooth communication XT4131A supports Bluetooth 2.0/CLASS 2（10 meters）bluetooth communication Default pin password：0000 7.3 IC Card and PSAM Card XT4131A Bluetooth：distance≤10M IC card operation: when you need to use IC cards, IC metal face upward inserting the IC card slot, when printer screen prompts: IC card has been inserted, IC card read/write operations can be made. PSAM card operation: when you need to use the PSAM card, remove the battery cover, then remove the battery, put PSAM card into card slot, then install the battery, close the battery cover, turn on. Then PSAM card can do read/write operation. After using, remove the PSAM card.  8.Maintenance 8.1 Daily Maintenance 1 Use the dry cloth to clean the printer . 2 Keep the printhead clean. 3 Remove the battery and dry the printer if inner part of print have water . 4 Please remove the battery if won’t use the printer for long time.
