XTL Classic Line TECHNICAL FEATURES LF loudspeaker system GENERALITIES The Classic Line speakers have undergone a careful restyling: the wood thickness of Canadian birch plywood has been reduced from 19 to 15 mm and the 4 wheels have been removed from the rear of the cabinet. Specially designed to reproduce the first octaves of the audio band, XTL is the perfect complement for the XTH speaker systems of the Classic Line system. Its dimensions have been developed to facilitate clusters creation in combination with other X-Treme speaker systems. COMPONENTS XTL includes a 18” woofer with an enameled copper coil to ensure the maximum resistance to thermal overloads (300°C). The membrane is water-repellent, resistant to extreme conditions of humidity and temperature. The drop-forged aluminium basket is equipped with a thermal heat sink. CABINET The speaker system enclosure, built in 0,6” (15 mm) thick birch plywood, is resistive to any mechanical stress without vibrating. It has been designed to facilitate a cluster configuration of different systems. A wheelboard is available on request.
