YAG Laser marking system
LMC 3000HE
The LMC 3000HE is designed to accurately mark PCB’s, ceramics, metals or plastics using a YAG laser. The laser is mounted at a fixed position while the product is moved underneath using servo controlled X-Y table. The number of markings and their positions are easily programmable in Windowstm based software.
Standard Features Large marking area. Controlled by industrial PC. Capability to mark text, barcodes, 2D codes and graphics. User friendly programming software. Integrated 15 Watt YAG laser. Class 1 laser housing. Dynamic setting of spot-size to optimise marking quality. Dynamic movement of focal point to enable marking of object with different levels and/or curved surface.
Laser pointer outlining marking position. Product side clamping. Product lifting system for constant focal point. Integrated ESD edge belt conveyor. Short product change-over time. Selectable by-pass operation. Uninterruptible power supply (UPS). Towerlight display for machine status. Smema interface. CE certified.
