Light can do more. YELLOW special special lighting for photo lithography and printing industry Application areas: NARVA YELLOW special lamps have been designed specifically for industrial use where UV and blue spectrum components would otherwise disrupt or hinder the manufacturing process. Their use is not limited to manufacturing microchips you will also find these lamps used in the printing industry where printing plates need to be protected from exposure to blue and UV light. We use a specialised filter tube to achieve these excellent spectral properties. This filter tube ensures long life as well as excellent filter properties at the required wavelength limit of 500 nm. The YELLOW special product group includes the ideal lamp for any lighting system, allowing you to upgrade and maintain existing light installations using LT-T8 fluorescent lamps or LED DT-T8 II Retrofit lighting technology. You can also install new lighting systems using lamps such as state-of-the-art T5 fluorescent lamps or innovative and patented SL-T5 III LEDs. LED-lamp SL-T5 III Generation of the spectrum by the LED without the use of a filter sleeve simple integration into a new lighting system switchable and dimmable, perfect for intelligent lighting control systems value-added safety compliance with SELV (safety extra low voltage) high-quality components replaceable - saves resources, protects your investment mA 25° C SL-T5 III YELLOW special SL-T5 III YELLOW special SL-T5 III YELLOW special SL-T5 III YELLOW special SL-T5 III YELLOW special 549mm ME G5L 160° 1,149mm ME G5L 160° 1,449mm ME G5L 160° 1,200 mm ME G13L 160° 1,500 mm ME G13L 160° 9 18 28 18 28 A+ A ++ A ++ A ++ A ++ useful lifetime kWh/1,000h 1,200 350 2,500 700 3,900 1,050 2,500 700 3,900 1,050 9 20 31 20 31 26 26 26 26 26 G5L G5L G5L G13L G13L 549 1,149 1,449 1,200 1,500 55,000 h 55,000 h 55,000 h 55,000 h 55,000 h 1L2R3SPYES_0001 1L2R3SPYES_0002 1L2R3SPYES_0003 1L1R3SPYES_0004 1L1R3SPYES_0005 LT-T5 fluorescent lamp wide range of types and levels lamp body and base are covered in an integral yellow filter tube standardised data in accordance with IEC/EN 60081 kWh/1,000h LT 8W T5 / YELLOW special LT 14W T5 EQ / YELLOW special LT 21W T5 EQ / YELLOW special LT 28W T5 EQ / YELLOW special LT 35W T5 EQ / YELLOW special 2) 8 14 21 28 35 A A A A A 8 16 23 31 40 25° C 35° C 350 900 1,450 2,000 2,500 400 1,025 1,650 2,275 2,850 The filtering effect must be checked at the end of life time. | Total lifetime for LT-T5: 35,000 h useful lifetime G5 G5 G5 G5 G5 288 549 849 1,149 1,149 20,000 h2) 20,000 h2) 20,000 h2) 20,000 h2) 20,000 h2) 17408SPYES_0001 17414SPYES_0001 17421SPYES_0001 17428SPYES_0001 17435SPYES_0001 25 25 25 25 25 10 10 10 10 10 DT-T8 II LED Retrofit lamp G13 socket turns through 90° for ideal lighting direction suitable for centralised emergency power systems DEKRA-certified basic lighting DT-T8 II LED Retrofit runs off the mains at 230V kWh/1,000h DT-T8 II 9,5W / YELLOW special DT-T8 II 18,5 W / YELLOW special DT-T8 II 24,5W / YELLOW special 3) 9,5 18,5 24,5 A+ A+ A+ 10 19 25 25° C useful lifetime 950 G 13 590 1,850 G 13 1,200 2,550 G 13 1,500 30,000 h3) 30,000 h3) 30,000 h3) 35310T8R2SPYES_0001 35319T8R2SPYES_0001 35325T8R2SPYES_0001 20 20 20 The filtering effect must be checked at the end of lifetime. | Total lifetime for DT-T8 II: 50,000 h LT-T8 fluorescent lamps wide range of types and levels lamp body and base are covered in an integral yellow filter tube suitable for use on magnetic or electronic ballasts standardised data in accordance with IEC/EN 60081 kWh/1,000h LT 18W T8 / YELLOW special LT 36W T8 / YELLOW special LT 58W T8 / YELLOW special 4) 18 36 58 B B B 23 43 68 25° C 950 G 13 2,350 G 13 3,600 G 13 The filtering effect must be checked at the end of the lifetime. | Total lifetime for LT-T8: 20,000 h useful lifetime 590 1,200 1,500 20,000 h4) 20,000 h4) 20,000 h4) 11018SPYES_0001 11036SPYES_0001 11058SPYES_0001 25 25 25 YELLOW special cut-off wavelength The cut-off effect on wavelengths less than 500 nm plays an essential role in a host of industrial processes such as in photolithography. 480 200 250 300 350 400 500 450 500 520 550 600 650 700 750 800 NARVA YELLOW special products keep technically unavoidable residual radiation intensity at wavelengths below 500 nm to an extremly minimal level (< 0,5%), satisfying the most demanding of requirements in industry. Using the lamp beyond its useful life may speed up the ageing process of the filter material, leading to insufficient filtering properties. The material may become brittle, eventually causing partial detachment of the filter tube from the lamp. In any case, you must check the filter effect in lamps used beyond their useful life. • Keep your lamps stored at temperatures between 0 and 30°C, and do not keep them for longer than five years after their manufacturing date. • Monitoring: Depending on your actual operating conditions, you may already detect a slight increase in irradiance in the sub-500 nm wavelength range during the lamp’s useful life. We always recommend monitoring for this reason. 5) Observe the ambient temperatures specified for your lamp. NARVA Lichtquellen GmbH + Co. KG – 2016.06 | Errors and omissions excepted. | Art.-Nr. 6060_0002 The T5 and T8 tubes as well as our DT-T8 II use a specialised yellow protection tube to achieve these excellent filtering properties for wavelengths below 500 nm throughout the entire YELLOW special product line. We guarantee the resulting cut-off effect for blue and ultraviolet light for each individual product group during its useful life on condition that the lamp is used as intended. The difference between useful life and product lifetime results from ageing in the filter tube, which depends heavily on actual operating conditions.
