You can rename the function buttons individually. E.g. Mileage, Refuel, Costs, Warehouse, Office, Construction site, Break start, Break end, Parking...
Rides can be subsequently assigned to a category. Trips are usually marked as as Business. The standard categories, Business, Private, Other can be renamed.
