The scanner comes with advanced TWAIN driver to let you scan via a TWAIN-compliant software application. Avision TWAIN driver helps you obtain the optimal image quality by various image enhancement features such as dynamically converting to monochrome images, background processing, blank page removal, color dropout, background removal, auto crop & deskew, and auto rotate.

Scan everything from business cards to A3-sized document
Just place a document in the scanner’s ADF paper tray, press the “scan” button, and the AD215 starts scanning immediately. Plus, the AD215 is able to scan up to 20 two-sided pages at a speedy 20 pages per minute.
Use of a carrier sheet enables AD215 users to digitize larger document (A3/B4), as well as magazine and newspaper clippings and photographs. The document can be scanned by simply folding it in half, inserting it into the Carrier sheet, and scanning in duplex mode.
Avision’s Button Manager V2 comes with intuitive 9 preset destinations - Send your scanned image to clouds With a simple press, Button Manager V2 makes it easy for you to scan and send your image to your favorite destinations. Now the new version lets you scan directly to popular cloud repositories such as Google Drive™, Evernote®, Facebook, OneDrive™, Microsoft SharePoint®, or FTP. What is best, the iScan feature allows you to insert the scanned image or recognized text after the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) process directly to an opened application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Notepad, PowerPoint to get your job done easily and quickly. Avision | AD215 Sheetfed Scanner Two Eject Paths
Mobile Scanning
If your single-page document or card is loaded from the front or rear feeder, the scanner provides two eject paths. Document can be ejected to the opposite side or to the same side of the feeder. Switch between these paths on the TWAIN user interface and select an eject path according to your need.
With the built-in Wi-Fi module, the Avision AD215 scanner allows you to connect wirelessly to your mobile device. When a *MB App (Avision Scan App) is installed on your mobile device, the product allows you to start a scan and receive the scanned image directly from your mobile device. *The MB Application can be purchased for free from an application store such as Google Play™ or App Store®.
