Ziehm 8000 1k 1K CCD (FT50 Compact)
The CCD sensor is a solid-state imaging device that produces a 1024 × 1024 progressive scan black and white image. Visible light from the Image Intensifier is converted to electrons, which are read out from the sensor, amplified and converted to a digital video signal. The video signal is transmitted via an analog video coaxial cable to the image processing system.
