Follow the instructions to record your name, greeting and to change your default password. If you have already set up your voicemail, press the Message button and enter your chosen PIN. LIne Keys Soft Keys Programmable Keys To Remotely Access Your Voicemail | If your administrator has given you a voicemail access number, dial that number, enter your extension, and then enter your voicemail PIN. If you don’t have an access number or don’t remember it, simply dial your direct phone number and press # when you hear your greeting. Then enter your extension and voicemail PIN. To Answer Your Phone | Lift the handset , press the Speaker button, or press the Headset respective button again to hang up. button. Press the To Answer While On A Call | Press the Answer soft key. It will then show the park number in the display (typically 01). Press Exit to clear the park number from the display. If your phone has dedicated park keys, press an available Park key (not flashing red) and it will assign the call to that Park key. Conference A Call Unpark | Lift the handset then press the Pickup soft key and dial then lift the handset. the park number (typically 01) followed by Send. If your phone has dedicated park buttons, press the Park key correlating to the park number you wish to retrieve (it will be flashing red). Supervised Transfer | While on the phone with the caller press the Transfer button. Type in the extension or phone number of the person you wish to transfer the call to. Wait on the line until they answer and announce the call. If the party is available to take the call, hang up and the call will be transferred. If they are not available, press Cancel and the caller will be placed on hold. Press the Line key to return to the caller. Transfer While on the phone with the caller press the button, then *86 followed by the extension number. | Call the first party, then press the Conf. soft key. Dial the extension number or full 10-digit number of the second party. To conference the two parties together, press the Conf. soft key again. Call Pick Up | To pickup any ringing phone, dial *77 on your phone Directed Call Pick Up | To pick up a specific ringing extension, enter the extension number followed by * and press Send. Paging | (if configured) Press *4 followed by the paging group number (typically 01, 02, etc.) and press Send. Wait for the prompt and announce your page. Intercom | Press the Intercom key followed by the extension number and press Send. If you do not have an Intercom key dial *4 followed by the extension number and press Send. Blind Transfer | (you do not want to talk to the person before you transfer) While on the phone with the caller press the Transfer button.
